Due to regulations for transport of dangerous goods (lithium batteries and gas cannisters) by air (IATA) and road (ADR), consumers are not allowed to ship Tech-Air® products back as returns. In the event of a return request you must therefore deliver the goods in person to one of our Tech-Air® Service Centers.

Currently the Tech-Air® Service Centers are only available in Italy, but we are onboarding more centers across major European countries shortly.

By purchasing a Tech-Air® product on the Alpinestars website, you acknowledge and accept these return policies and that the products are sold outside of the statutory consumer return rights policy under the distance selling act. If you still decide to ship your Tech-Air® product as a return, Alpinestars Spa will not be held responsible for the transit of such goods and will not accept them as returns. For this reason, no refund will be issued.
