toni bou makes history in holland with 40th world title

Unstoppable Toni Bou secured his 20th consecutive FIM TrialGP World Championship in Zelhem, Netherlands, taking his combined tally across the outdoor and X-Trial to 40 world titles.

“I’m so happy. Winning my 40th world title is incredible, and it's still hard to believe we did it. To be able to clinch the title here, before the final race, is very special,” Bou said. 

Alpinestars rider Jamie Busto was second on Saturday behind Bou with 32 points and tied 2-1 to Bou’s 1-2 on Sunday for 37 points apiece, ending Bou’s unbeaten race run in 2026.
