Alpinestars S.p.A. is committed to ensuring:

 

  • Maximum quality in the research, development, production, and distribution of apparel, footwear, helmets, personal protective equipment (PPE), and accessories for sports and leisure, in order to meet customer requirements, enhance customer satisfaction, generate new commercial and sales partnerships, and foster loyalty among existing ones.
  • The progressive reduction of the environmental footprint of internal production and support processes, with specific reference to: consumption of energy and natural resources, atmospheric emissions, waste generation, water pollution, and noise emissions.
  • Safe and healthy working conditions for the prevention of work-related injuries and ill health, as well as the continuous improvement of occupational health and safety management within production and support processes.

  • Consider worker consultation and participation through their representatives as a fundamental element of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System.
  • Monitor hazards and risks across operational areas and processes, planning and executing improvement actions.
  • Monitor chemical requirements related to products and substances hazardous to health, restricting their use.
  • Monitor and evaluate near-miss, workplace injuries, and occupational illnesses.
  • Apply ergonomic principles to work organization and workstations.
  • Reduce worker exposure to physical and chemical risks.
  • Train and develop the skills and competencies of workers.
  • Make occupational health and safety prevention and protection the result of shared responsibility between Management and Employees.
