Subscribe to Alpinestars Newsletter and Stand a Chance to Win an Alpinestars A-Motion Plasma Pro Protection Set

  1. Objective and Description of the Giveaway: The giveaway aims to encourage European residents of legal age to subscribe to the Alpinestars newsletter for a chance to win an Alpinestars A-Motion Plasma Pro protection set.
  2. Eligibility: The giveaway is open to European residents of legal age.
  3. Duration of the Giveaway: The giveaway is open to any subscription to the Alpinestars Newsletter made between May 2nd and May 5th, 2024. The draw will take place on May 7th, 2024.
  4. Method of Participation: To participate, individuals must visit the dedicated giveaway page and subscribe to the Alpinestars newsletter. Any valid subscription during the specified period will qualify for the draw.
  5. Limitation: Only one entry per household, same name, and same address is allowed.
  6. Winner Selection: Winners will be randomly selected from participants who meet the entry requirements.
  7. Prize: Two separate winners will be selected. Each will receive a set consisting of "A-Motion Plasma Pro Knee protector" and "A-Motion Plasma Pro Elbow protector" with an indicative value of €169.90 each, totaling €339.80.
  8. Notification of Winners: Winners will be contacted via email following the draw on the address provided during participation. If a winner fails to confirm via email within 48 hours, the prize will be forfeited, and a new draw will be conducted.
  9. Publication of Results: Results will be available upon request at the email address talk-to-us@alpinestars.com.
  10. Responsibility and Exclusions: All members of Alpinestars are excluded from the giveaway.
  11. Compliance: The giveaway is compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
  12. Modification or Cancellation: The giveaway will be canceled if the necessary elements for its proper execution are not met or in case of force majeure.
