In the event of a return or service request you must therefore deliver the goods in person to one of our Tech-Air® Hubs. Please ensure you first contact our Customer Care team to receive confirmation of the correct Hub and approval before visiting.

Bitte beachten Sie bei der Auswahl Ihres Top-Pads, dass dasselbe Top-Pad in den Größen XS bis XXL verwendet werden kann. Das Standard-Top-Pad hat die Größe 15. Wenn Sie eine engere Passform wünschen, können Sie das Kronenpolster mit der Größe 20 wählen, das 5 mm dicker ist als die Größe 15.
